Another heavy dish we have adapted from others is the pochero dish. It is basically our own version of the stew and it comes in three variants – pork, beef and chicken. Among these three, pork pochero has the highest amount of calorie. It has an estimate of 528 calories per intake. Since pork is a good source of protein, it adds up to the calorie intake. Though it is very sumptuous, try to avoid it if you do not want distraction on your diet sessions.
