1. Wear proper socks!

2. Wash your feet everyday!
One foot hygiene that you must not forget is washing regularly. Similar with all body parts, the foot needs to be cleansed as often as you can. Wash your feet with clean water, and use antibacterial soap to avoid germs growing in your foot. Also, always make sure to dry your foot completely after washing.
