5. Change your socks as often as possible!
Never ever let your socks be soaked in sweat. If you have excessive foot sweating, always bring extra socks so you can change. When your socks feel damp with sweat, wash your feet and put on a fresh pair of socks. Keep baby wipes with you and use them to clean your feet at work or while you are in public places and can’t wash your feet.
6. Use Apple Cider vinegar!
This product works like magic! If you really tried everything, and none of it worked. Try this last tip! Use apple cider vinegar to minimize your foot sweating! You only have to soak your feet in a lukewarm water and ½ cup of apple cider vinegar. Do this for 15 minutes. After soaking, wash your feet with clean water and dry it thoroughly. Then, you will see that perspiration will be reduced. However, keep in mind, that the results of this procedure depends on how sweaty your foot is. Do not expect a completely dry foot, if you have mega excessive sweaty. But, you can try your luck!
